Driver Terms & Conditions

1. Your status

You are an independent driver, not an employee or contractor of Trusted Bali Drivers. You are responsible for your own taxes, superannuation, insurance, and compliance with Indonesian law. We are a directory that connects you with travellers — we are not party to any agreement you make with a guest.

2. Licences and insurance

You must hold a valid driving licence and appropriate vehicle insurance at all times while operating as a driver. We may ask you to provide proof of these at any time. If your licence or insurance lapses, you must not accept bookings until they are renewed.

3. Your profile

The information on your profile must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, vehicle details, service areas, and prices. Misleading or false information — including photos that do not represent your actual vehicle — may result in your profile being removed from the platform.

4. Conduct

We expect all drivers to treat guests professionally and respectfully. This means:

• Responding to enquiries in a timely manner
• Honouring the prices and services shown on your profile
• Arriving on time and prepared for agreed trips
• Not cancelling bookings without good reason or adequate notice

5. Reviews

All reviews on the platform are submitted by real guests and moderated by our team before being published. You must not offer incentives (cash, discounts, free upgrades) in exchange for positive reviews, and you must not ask guests to remove or change a genuine review. Attempting to manipulate your reviews is grounds for removal from the platform.

6. Photos and media

Only upload photos and videos that you own or have the right to use. By submitting media to your profile, you confirm this is the case and grant Trusted Bali Drivers a licence to display that content on the platform. We will not sell or redistribute your photos to third parties.

7. Removal from the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove a driver profile if these terms are breached, if we receive credible complaints of harmful or unprofessional conduct, or if we determine that keeping the profile active is not in the best interest of travellers using the platform. Where possible we will contact you first.
