What information we collect
- Account details— your name and email address when you sign up.
- Driver profile— information you enter during onboarding, including your bio, WhatsApp number, service areas, and any photos you upload.
- Contact form— your name, email, and message if you get in touch with us.
- Usage data— general information about how you use the site (pages visited, device type). We do not track individuals.
How we use it
- To run the driver directory and display driver profiles to travellers
- To send you confirmation and account-related emails
- To respond to contact form messages
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — stores your account data and driver profile securely. supabase.com/privacy
- Resend — sends transactional emails (such as your profile submission confirmation). resend.com/privacy
- Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use the site. Data is anonymised and we do not use it to identify individuals. policies.google.com/privacy
How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like us to delete your data, just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
